Terms

By using deepseafishingdurban.co.za you agree to these terms.

The Service

Deep Sea Fishing Durban is a free quote-comparison service. We pass your request to independent fishing charter operators who may contact you with availability and prices. We are not a charter company and do not own boats or run trips.

No Obligation

Using the service is free and you are not obliged to accept any quote. We do not guarantee how many operators will respond, how quickly, or that a boat will be available for your date or trip.

Your Booking Is With the Operator

Any quote, booking, payment, trip, cancellation, refund, claim or dispute is between you and the operator you book with. Check their quote, safety information and cancellation policy before you pay.

Weather, Safety and Catches

Skippers decide whether trips go ahead. Catches are never guaranteed. Follow the crew's safety instructions at all times.

Prices and Information

Prices on this website are ballpark ranges compiled from rates published by charter operators, for guidance only. They are not quotations or offers. Operator names in source lists are shown for reference only and do not imply any affiliation.

Your Request

You agree to provide accurate information. By submitting a request you agree to it being shared with relevant charter operators, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the services, advice, prices or conduct of any operator, for injury, loss or damage during a trip, or for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
